Review and analysis of focused problems of public hospital reform in China

围绕公立医院改革的焦点问题:公益性回归、产权和治理模式改革、补偿机制改革等,系统回顾了相关文献和报道,分析各类建议和对策,结合各地改革实践和探索经验,阐述了针对各焦点问题的观点。

In light of Chinese public hospital reform,this article discussed the focused problems of the reform including public welfare,property rights,governance model and reimbursement mechanism.The authors systematically reviewed the relevant literature,analyzed various proposals in dealing with these problems and elaborated the authors＇ own viewpoints based on reform practice experiences.
