摘要
目的:通过调查基层卫生管理人员曾接受培训状况及培训需求,探讨有利于我国基层卫生事业持续健康发展的培训模式。方法:采用文献研究、现场调查和定性访谈相结合的研究方法,在西部某省分层抽取基层卫生管理干部进行问卷调查和定性访谈。对问卷资料进行双录入后用Stata 10.0软件进行分析,对定性资料转录后进行总结和归纳。结果:希望今后的培训方式主要是脱产学习和短训班,内容主要包括管理学基本理论、医院管理和卫生法律法规为主。结论:建议制定和落实配套政策,结合卫生管理干部的实际情况开展岗前培训及多层次、多渠道的培训模式、完善考核制度。
Objective: The study discussed the training mode for sustainable development of health care management in the country through the survey on status and demand for training among health management personnel at primary level.Methods: Literature review,field surveys combined with qualitative interviews were conducted among stratified,selected samples of primary health management personnel in western region.Data of questionnaire was analysed by Stata 10.0 after double entry.Qualitative data was concluded after transcription.Results: The most expected training mode was mainly off-job and short-term training,and the expected contents mainly concerned on the basic theory of management,the hospital management,health laws and regulations.Conclusion: It was suggested to formulate and implement corresponding policy,carry out pre-job training and multi-level and multi-channel training modes combined with the actual situation of the health management personnel and improve appraisal system.
