摘要
目的:为了更好地开展社区卫生服务,就闸北区社区医疗机构职工满意度进行调查评价。方法:应用自行设计的调查问卷对闸北区九所社区卫生服务中心的在职职工472名进行调查,用SPSS软件描述与分析满意度相关指标。结果:闸北区社区医疗机构职工总体满意度均分为3.77;同事间关系满意度最高,收入分配满意度最低;培训满意度较差;影响满意度的因素有学历、工作类型。结论:总体满意度好,不可忽视满意度较低的因素;需提高培训质量;注意工作强度和薪酬影响职工稳定度的因素;关注护理和药房人员的满意需要。
Objective: To improve community health services,the research aimed to evaluate the job satisfaction of community health workers in Zhabei District by means of designing relevant questionnaires.Methods: 472 workers in nine community health centers in Zhabei District were investigated and the results were analyzed by SPSS.Results:The research found that the average of total satisfaction was 3.77.It also found that satisfaction of colleague relationship was the highest,while income satisfaction was the lowest.In addition,satisfaction was relevant to educational background,type of work and training.Conclusion: The overall satisfaction was good.However,the factors with lower satisfaction also need attention.Training quality needs to be improved.Work strength and salary need to be paid attention and needs of nurses and pharmaceutical staffs need to be cared.
