从基本医疗、全科医生的作用及职责、居民与全科医生的关系、全科服务站等方面对荷兰与上海的初级卫生保健进行全面比较,通过比较两者不同,了解荷兰模式中关于发展社区卫生服务的经验和优势所在以及上海能够从中借鉴的地方,从而为上海初级卫生保健更好、更快地发展提供经验。

This paper aimed to compare the Netherlands and Shanghai＇s primary health care from following points of view： function and responsibility of primary medical services and general practitioner（GP）,relationship between GP and residents,and GP station.It helped to understand the Netherlands＇ experience and superiority on how to develop the community health services.Shanghai was able to take reference from the Netherlands pattern and had a quicker and better development for primary health care.
