摘要
由于云的变化比较复杂,因此云的观测是地面气象观测中问题最多的项目。目前借助仪器可以观测云量和云高,但云状观测仪器的研制技术尚未成熟,所以目前云的观测仍然以目测为主,因此极易受到人为因素的影响。本文总结了在云状的观测和编码中经常出现的一些问题,并对其加以分析,找出原因。强调云的观测应坚持实事求是的原则,加强集体观测,切实提高观测的内在质量。
Changes in cloud are found to be quite complicated.Cloud observation has the most problems in surface weather observation.At present,cloud height and cloud amount can be measured with instruments.Because the development technology of cloud shape observation is not mature,the weather forecasters still identify the cloud shapes with their eyes,and the observation results can be easily affected by human factors.This paper summarizes and analyzes the problems that often occur in the cloud observation and coding.The cloud observation should insiste on seeking truth from facts,and collective observation are stressed for improvement on observation quality.
