11例Mirizzi综合征的外科诊治分析

The analysis of surgical therapy of eleven Mirizzi′s syndrome

目的讨论Mirizzi综合征的临床特点及临床合理有效的手术方法。方法总结并回顾分析11例Mirizzi综合征的临床资料。结果 11例病人均经术中证实,恢复良好,治愈出院,随访1～3 a,无严重并发症发生。结论 Mirizzi综合征术前诊断困难,多于术中证实。根据不同病理类型应采取不同手术方法,可获得良好效果。

Objective To discuss the linical feature and effective surgical therapy of Mirizzi′s syndrome.MethodsTo summarize the data of eleven Mirizzi′s syndrome in my hospital.ResultsAll patient were confirmed and operationed,recovered and did not have severious complication.ConclusionMirizzi syndrome is hard to diagnosis and confirmed in operation.For this,we will according to each type to adopt different operation method,to obtain satisfactive result.
