从分析山西省水资源开发利用现状及存在的主要问题入手,探讨了建设节水型社会的指导思想和总体目标,提出了山西省节水型社会建设应采取的措施。

Starting from the analysis on the present situation of and main problems existing in the development and utilization of water resources in Shanxi Province,this paper probes into the guiding ideology and the overall objectives of constructing water conservation society,and puts forward some measures that should be taken in the construction of water conservation society in Shanxi Province.
