摘要
国内大型高炉煤气净化系统投运干法、TRT发电后,TRT后部煤气管道均发生严重腐蚀问题。分析了高炉煤气的腐蚀机理,论述了目前采取的防腐措施及存在的问题,提出了控制高炉煤气管道腐蚀的建议。
After the large domestic blast furnace gas purification system has been put into dry TRT power generation,serious corrosion occurs in all TRT hind gas pipelines.This paper analyzes the corrosion mechanism of blast furnace gas,discusses the anticorrosion measures that are taken currently and some existing problems,and puts forward some suggestions on controlling the corrosion of blast furnace gas pipeline.
