摘要
基于数据库出版商和高校图书馆的合作关系,从数据库质量、数据库来源的合法性、宣传的真实性、数据库的运行与维护等阐述了数据库出版商的责任与义务,同时提出了高校图书馆在兑付货款、融洽关系、使用培训、宣传和推介、产品使用分析等方面承担的责任与义务。
The responsibilities and obligations of database publishers were described in terms of database quality, legitimacy, authenticity, operability and maintainability based on the strategic partnership between database publishers and academic libraries, while the responsibilities and obligations academic libraries should shoulder were proposed in aspects of payment for database, harmonious relation between database publishers and academic libraries, and advertising, marketing, analyzing of database products used.
