高血压合并良性前列腺增生症患者症状评分与血压节律变化之间的关系

Hypertension merger benign prostatic hyperplasia patient symptom score and between blood pressure rhythm change relations

目的:观察高血压合并良性前列腺增生症患者症状评分与血压节律之间的关系。方法:连续选择74例高血压合并良性前列腺增生症患者,入选者治疗前接受国际前列腺症状评分量表(IPSS)评估和无创自动血压心电监测系统检查。结果:74例高血压合并良性前列腺增生症患者IPSS总分平均为(15.82±3.27)分。高总分组(41例,≥15.82分)的年龄、高血压病史、高血压分期和分级、日间收缩压、日间舒张压、夜间收缩压、夜间舒张压均明显高于低总分组(33例,<15.82分)(P均<0.01～0.05)。结论:前列腺症状评分可明显影响到高血压合并良性前列腺增生症患者的病情和血压变化。

Objective：Obeserve hypertension merger benign prostatic hyperplasia patient symptom score and between blood pressure rhythm change relations.Methods：A total of 74 patients with hypertension and benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected and evaluated in accordance with International Prostate Symptom Score（IPSS） and non-invasive automatic blood pressure monitoring system.Results：The average IPSS score was 15.82±3.27.Symptom scores,including average age,history of hypertension,average staging and grading of hypertension,mean daytime systolic pressure,mean daytime diastolic pressure,mean nighttime systolic pressure,and mean nighttime diastolic pressure,in the high-scored group（n=41,≥15.82） were significantly higher than those in the low-scored group（n=33,15.82;P 0.01～0.05）.Conclusion：Scores of prostate could obviously affect illness condition and blood pressure changes among patients with hypertension and benign prostatic hyperplasia.
