摘要
目的:探讨趣味运动对大学新生焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法:抽取某大学三个新生班新生80例,随机分为实验组和对照组各40例,在实验组开展每周一次趣味运动,共6周,使用SAS、SDS量表进行心理评定。结果:趣味运动干预6周,实验组的焦虑症状、抑郁水平均明显降低(P<0.01),且优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:趣味运动能显著改善大学生的焦虑、抑郁水平;有计划、有目的地安排趣味性运动项目有利于改善大学新生的负性情绪,利于心理健康。
Objective:To explorer the effect of the interesting sports on the the fresh students′ anxiety and depression in the university.Methods:Seclect 3 classes from some university,80 fresh students,randomly divided into the experiment and control groups.carried out the interesting sports in the experiment group once a week,total 6 weeks.with SAS、SDS tables as assess indexes.Results:After 6 weeks′ exercise intervention,Comparing to the controled group,the experiment group′s anxiety and depression were improved(P 0.01).Conclusion:The interesting sports can improve the fresh students′ psychology,planned,purposeful exercise and sportful activity is benefit to the mood stablity and the improving of the negativity psychology.
