军队传染病医院护士主观幸福感及其相关因素调查

A survey on the subjective well-being of nurses in the infectious disease military hospitals and its correlated factors

目的探讨军队传染病医院护士主观幸福感及其相关因素。方法采用总体幸福感量表对军队某三级甲等传染病医院护士实施问卷调查，分析护士主观幸福感状况及其相关因素。结果该军队传染病医院护士的主观幸福感处于量表女性常模水平；不同护龄、年龄、身份、工作部门、职称、婚姻、学历的护士主观幸福感得分存在差异。结论军队传染病医院护士总体幸福感尚可，但护龄6～10年、年龄26～36岁、已婚、大专、护师、急诊科和ICU护士幸福感有待提高。

Objective To investigate the subjective well - being of nurses in infectious disease military hospitals and its correlated factors. Methods The nurses from a 3A - grade infectious disease military hospital were investigated by General Well - Being Schedule. Results The level of subjective well - being of nurses in this hospital was normal and nurses with different length of service, age, category of personnel, working department, job title, marriage and education level had different scores in subjective well - being. Conclusion The general status of subjective well - being of nurses in this military hospital is acceptable,but the subjective well - being of nurses whose length of service is 6 - 10 years or who is 26- 36 years old, married, educated from a college, senior nurse or works in emergency department and ICU still need to be improved.
