运用Delphi法构建护理本科生核心护理技能体系的研究

Study on the core nursing skills system for nursing undergraduates by Delphi method

目的探讨护理专业本科毕业生应该具备的核心护理技能。方法采用Delphi专家函询法对29名专家进行函询。结果经过两轮函询,最终确定护理本科毕业生应该具备基础护理技能、重症急救护理技能、专科护理技能3方面的核心护理技能。其中,基础护理技能领域包括14方面共59个具体的核心护理技能条目;重症急救护理技能领域包括2方面共6个具体的核心护理技能条目;专科护理技能领域包含有4方面共19个具体的核心护理技能条目。结论运用Delphi法构建的护理本科生核心护理技能体系,是现阶段护理本科生应具备的核心护理技能,对护理教学具有指导作用。

Objective To explore the core nursing skills system for nursing undergraduates. Methods A total of 29 experts were chosen to participate Delphi consultation. Results After two - round consultation,the three dimensions of core nursing skills,which were the fundamental nursing skills,critical and emergency nursing skills and specialized nursing skills,were constructed. The fundamental uursing skills included 14 aspects （59 items） ,the critical and emergency nursing skills included 2 aspects （6 items） ,and the specialized nursing skills included 4 aspects （ 19 items）. Conclusion The core nursing skills system constructed by Delphi method includes the core nursing skills which nursing students at this stage should have, and it can guide the nursing education.
