摘要
目的调查护士的时间管理倾向。方法采用改编的时间管理倾向量表,对136名护士进行调查。结果护士时间管理倾向总得分为(3.24±0.49)分,处于中等水平;时间管理倾向与工作压力呈负相关,与工作满意度、工作胜任感呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论护士的时间管理倾向为中等水平;提高护士时间管理倾向有助于降低其工作压力,提高工作胜任感和工作满意度。护理管理者应加强培训,提高护士的时间管理倾向。
Objective To investigate nurses'time management disposition. Method Totally, 136 nurses were investigated with the Time Management Disposition Inventory. Results The total score of nurses' time management disposition was ( 3.24 ±0.49 ) which was in the middle level. The total score was negatively correlated with their work stress and was positively correlated with their job satisfaction and work competence ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Nurses'time management disposition is in the middle level. Increasing their time management disposition can lower work stress, improve work competence and job satisfaction. Nursing managers should strengthen training to increase nurses'time management disposition.
