摘要
通过对经皮肾镜取石术后常见并发症,即出血、感染、气胸与胸腔积液、腹腔积液、结肠损伤的原因及护理对策进行综述,为护理人员对经皮肾镜取石术患者术后进行有针对性的病情观察,加强并发症的防治和护理提供指导。
This paper summaized the causes and the nursing strategies for the common complications after percutaneous nephrolithotomy,including hemorrhage, infection, pneumothorax, pleural effusion, seroperitoncum, colon injury and so on, so as to provide guidance for targeted monitoring, complication prevention and nursing after percutaneous nephrolithotomy.
