摘要
介绍了 Ｈ Ｐ ＢⅠ型生物质成型机的结构、成型原理与应用。设计的往复活塞双向挤压成型机构具有创新性。生产试验和分析结果表明：该成型机可显著提高易损件的使用寿命，降低单位产品能耗，工作平稳，成型可靠，成本低，投入回收期短，经济效益和环保效益明显，推广前景广阔。
In this Paper,the structure,working principle and application of HPB Ⅰ biomass briquetting machine is introduced.A novel two way briquetting structure with two reciprocating pistons was designed.The results of performance test and analysis indicate that the machine has long lifetime,low energy consumption,smooth and reliable performance,low cost and short returned period of investment.Its economic and environmental benefit is obvious.It would have a promising future for commercialized.
