摘要
目的探讨在护理本科生社区护理学灾害护理课程的设计方法及运用效果。方法针对课程标准对课程教学内容和具体方法进行了探索性设计,主要强调了情景再现在社区灾害应对教学中的运用,并采用自制灾害能力调查问卷对90名护生进行灾害应对知识掌握情况的调查。结果课程设计能有效提升护生对灾害相关知识的储备水平(P<0.01);能提升护生灾害施救与求救能力并有利于建立良好的灾害应对态度(P<0.05)。结论应针对性地进行灾害护理课程教学设计,运用多种方法提高护生社区灾害应对能力。
Objective To explore how to design a community disaster nursing course for nursing undergraduates and to evaluate its teaching effect. Methods The teaching contents and methods were designed based on the curriculum standards, focusing on the application of situational approach. A total of 90 students were investigated with a self - designed questionnaire to assess their knowledge of disaster nursing. Results Curriculum design could effectively en- hance the level of disaster- related knowledge of nursing students (P 〈 0.01 ) ,and raise their ability of disaster rescue and help them build a good attitude to disaster coping ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The design of disaster nursing course should be targeted, using multiple approaches to improve the community disaster response ability of nursing students.
