阶段性护理干预对预防人工髋关节置换术后假体脱位的效果评价

Effects of the staged nursing on preventing arthritic dislocation after total hip replacement

目的探讨人工髋关节置换术后阶段性护理干预对假体脱位的预防效果。方法将实施阶段性护理干预前收治的68例患者列为对照组，实施阶段性护理干预后收治的68例患者列为实验组。对照组采用常规护理方法，实验组除常规护理外在术后不同时间点（术前和术后0—6d、7～14d、15～30d、31～60d、61～90d）按照阶段性护理干预模式实行规范化管理，比较两组患者的护理效果及满意度。结果实验组术后假体脱位发生率低于对照组，患者满意度高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论阶段性护理干预能有效预防人工髋关节置换术后假体脱位，提高患者对护理服务的满意度。

Objective To evaluate the effect of staged nursing on preventing arthritic dislocation after total hip replacement （THR）. Methods There were 68 cases involved in each group, the experimental group and the control group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received the staged nursing care in according to nursing needs at different times, before surgery and 0 - 6 days,7 - 14 days, 15 - 30 days,31 - 60 days or 61 - 90 days after THR,in addition to the routine care. The nursing effect and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of postoperative arthritic dislocation was significantly lower, and patient satisfaction was higher （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The staged nursing intervention can effectively prevent arthritic dislocation after THR, and improve their satisfaction with nursing services.
