骨科健康教育处方的应用与效果

Application and effects of orthopedic health education prescription

目的探讨骨科健康教育处方的应用效果。方法选择2010年1月至3月的104例骨科住院患者,实施健康教育处方。结果患者的康复知识水平及对护理工作的满意度均有提高,术后并发症的发生率降低(P<0.01)。结论应用健康教育处方可以加强患者对骨科相关知识的了解,对促进疾病康复有积极意义。

Objective To explore the effects of health education prescription applied in orthopedic patients. Method A total of 104 patients hospitalized in orthopedic department from Jan, to Mar. 2010 were involved and received health education based on health education prescription. Results The knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation and their satisfaction to nursing work increased and the incidence of postoperative complications decreased （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The application of health education prescription can increase the related knowledge of orthopedic patients and is beneficial for their recovery.
