Objective To construct the model of hospital - grade technical certification and training specialized nursing technology. Methods The seientific technique certification and training system was established by improving the system of technique certification and the auditing and management of personnel, standardizing training contents,and strictly assessing and examining. Results The standardized technique certification for specialized nursing technology was beneficial to provide safe and efficient services for patients. Conclusion The technical certification of specialized nursing technology can promote the training of nursing staff and to raise the level of specialized nursing technology.
