The efficacy of circumferential pulmonary vein isolation by Carto guiding in paroxysmal atrial fibrillation

目的 观察Carto系统指导下环肺静脉隔离治疗阵发性房颤的临床疗效.方法 采用Carto系统构建肺静脉及左房三维电解剖图,在Carto指导下行环肺静脉线性消融.结果 5例阵发性房颤中,4例即刻转复窦律,1例在随访2个月时转复窦律.结论 Carto系统指导下环肺静脉隔离治疗阵发性房颤是安全有效的.

Objective To investigate the effectiveness and advantages of the Carto technique inguiding catheter ablation in paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Methods The carto system was used to generate 3 D electroanatomic left atrial maps. The left atrial linear ablation were performed. Results 4 patients with persistent AF converted to sinus rhythm, 1 patient was converted to sinus rhythm 2 months later. Conclusion Carto technique have been proofed safety and effectiveness.
