摘要 心肌致密化不全（noncompaction of ventricular myocardium,NVM）是一种罕见的的先天性心肌疾病,过去被称为海绵状心肌、窦状持续状态、胚胎样心肌等,其特征为心室内粗大的肌小梁和交错的深隐窝.
