改良式手腕约束手套在烦躁患者中的应用

目的探讨改良式手腕约束手套在烦躁患者中的应用效果。方法将80例躁动患者分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组患者采用传统手腕约束带,观察组采用改良式手腕约束手套(俗称波板)。比较两组患者约束效果、患者家属及护理人员对约束效果的满意度。结果两组患者约束成功率比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,观察组患者约束成功率明显高于对照组;两组患者家属及护理人员对约束效果满意度比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,观察组满意度明显高于对照组。结论改良式手腕约束手套优于传统约束带,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application of modified wrist protective restraint tool on fidgety patients.Methods Eighty patients were divided into the control group and the experiment group.Patients in the control group were given traditional wrist restraint strap,while the experiment group were given modified wrist restraint gloves.The restraint effect and the satisfactory rate of patients and the nursing staff were estimated.Results The restraint achievement rate of the experiment group were significantly higher than that in the control group（P 0.05）,the experiment group achieved higher satisfactory rate from both patients and nursing staff than that in the control group.Conclusion The modified wrist restraint gloves were better than traditional restraint strap,which deserves broader clinical application.
