摘要
目的探讨表格式健康教育法在口服葡萄糖耐量试验(oral glucose tolerance test,OGTT)中的应用效果。方法将159例需要进行OGTT试验的患者随机分为观察组87例和对照组72例,观察组采用表格式健康教育法,对照组采用传统口头健康教育法。比较两组患者教育的效果及患者对护理工作的满意度。结果两组患者健康教育效果比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组。两组患者对护理工作满意度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组优于对照组。结论 OGTT患者采用表格式健康教育,能有效地提高患者配合检查和治疗,融洽护患关系,优于传统健康教育法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of health education in table format on patients who take oral glucose tolerance test.Methods A total of 159 patients for OGTT were randomly divided into the observation group(n = 87) and the control group(n = 72).The observation group received health education guidance in table format,while the control group received the traditional oral health education guidance.The effectiveness of health education and patients' satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The effectiveness of health education was better in the observation group than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P 0.05).Patients' satisfaction was better in the observation group than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P 0.01).Conclusion The use of health education in table format for OGTT patients can effectively increase patients' cooperation in the course of test and treatment,create harmonious relationship between nurses and patients,and is worth popularizing.
