急救护理路径在银环蛇咬伤患者急救护理中的应用

摘要 目的探讨急救护理路径在银环蛇咬伤急救护理中的应用效果。方法选择2005年8月-2009年9月本院急诊32例银环蛇咬伤患者为观察组,选择2000年1月-2005年7月36例患者为对照组。对照组采用常规毒蛇咬伤护理,观察组采用银环蛇咬伤急救护理路径,比较两组患者入院处置完成时间、机械通气时间、住院时间以及预见性气管插管、紧急气管插管、肺部感染和气管插管意外拔管的发生率。结果观察组预见性气管插管发生率高于对照组(P<0.01),入院处置完成时间、机械通气时间、住院时间短于对照组(均P<0.05),紧急气管插管、肺部感染、气管插管意外拔管发生率低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论急救护理路径能及早对患者实施救治,缩短患者的住院时间,减少并发症,提高患者的救治质量。 Objective To discuss the application value of the emergency nursing path in dealing with Bungarus snake bites.Methods Thirty-two patients bit by Bungarus snakes from August 2005 to September 2009 were chosen as the observation group,and 36 patients bit by Bungarus snakes from January 2000 to July 2005 as the control group.The control group used routine nursing for snakebite and the observation group used snake bite first aid nursing path.Prophylactic endotracheal intubation rate,disposal time in hospital,emergency endotracheal intubation rate,mechanical ventilation time,hospital stay time,pulmonary infection rate,and accidental extubation rate were compared between the two groups.Results Prophylactic endotracheal intubation rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P 0.01);disposal time in hospital,emergency endotracheal intubation rate,mechanical ventilation time,hospital stay time,pulmonary infection rate,and accidental extubation rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Emergency nursing path can give early treatment to patients,shorten the patient's hospital stay time,reduce complications and improve the quality of the remedy treatment.
