白泥填充聚乙烯发泡天花板的研究

国内造纸厂黑液处理碱回收过程中排放的白泥在塑料方面有广泛的用途。可利用白泥作为塑料填料生产聚乙烯发泡天花板。介绍了生产天花板的工艺及过程,并对天花板的各项性能指标进行了检测,其结果,符合使用要求。由于使用白泥作填料,代替了纯碳酸钙,降低了生产成本,为白泥的综合利用开辟了一条有效途径。

The thesis states thes appiyiug of white mudinto the field of plast icsinpulp mill. The white mud drained away in the process of recovering of alkaki and treating black lye. We use the white mud as plastics filling materials to produce polyethylene foam ceiling. The thesis introdces the process of producing ceiling and detects each founctional index of ceiling which is comply with the inquiry. Because the white mud instead of the pure calcuim carbonate are used tobe filling materials,the cost of prodction are reduced an and effective way of comprehensive utilization of white mud is invented.
