摘要
目的:建立科学、系统、可操作的成年人健康自我管理能力测评指标体系。方法:运用两轮Delphi法,由41名相关领域专家对拟定的138个备选指标进行函询并确定各级指标权重。结果:两轮函询问卷的有效回收率分别为89.2%和97.3%,大部分专家具有副高级以上职称,平均工作年限在20年以上,专家权威系数均在0.8以上,最后筛选出104个指标,分别评价健康自我管理行为、认知和环境;专家协调系数为0.333(P<0.0001),专家对健康自我管理相关概念的界定达成了共识。结论:本研究应用Delphi法构建的测评指标体系既可为临床或社区护士评估、确定高危人群或开展有针对性的健康教育和指导提供科学依据,也可为下一步的量表开发奠定基础。
Objective： The aim of this study was to develop an assessment indicator system of health self-management ability for adults, which was scientific, systematic and operational. Methods： The two-round Delphi method was used to determine the weight of indicators and selected initial 138 candidate indictors by 41 experts in related area. Results： The valid rate and recovery rate of the two-round Delphi method was 89.2% and 97.3% separately, the professional title of most experts were vice-senior title and senior title, the average work year was more than twenty, all the expert authority coefficient were above 0.8. Finally 104 indicators were selected into the assessment indicator system, which evaluate health self-management behavior, cognition, and environment. The expert coordination coefficient was 0.333 （P0.0001）, and the definition of health self-management and some relative concept were defined by the experts with consensus. Conclusion： The achievements of this study may be provide a scientific frame of reference for clinic or community nurses to assess and identify high-risk population of disease or carry out targeted health education, and also provide the basis for development of scale or instrument in the further.
