医院消毒供应中心验收评审中存在的问题与对策

The problems existed in the acceptance review of the central sterile supplement departments and countermeasures

随着新技术新项目的开展,许多可重复使用的高、精、尖器械应用于临床,需要消毒供应中心(Central sterile supply department,CSSD)集中处理,使得CSSD的服务范畴越来越广,任务越来越重,作用越来越大。在卫生部颁布卫生行业标准后,国内各医院纷纷对CSSD进行新建、扩建和改建,以改进其内部流程,该省在2004年11月下发《江苏省医院消毒供应中心(室)验收标准(试行)》后,成立了由二、三级医院护理部主任、感染管理科专家、CSSD护士长组成的专家库,分别对全省13个市的医院CSSD建设提供指导和验收评审。5年来,通过对全省38家三级医院、104家二级医院的审核验收,发现有些医院虽然加大了对CSSD建设的投入,但仍与标准要求有差距,验收评审结果不尽人意。为能使各医院更好地执行卫生部颁布的行业标准要求,减少在CSSD建设中存在的不足,文章总结了该省验收评审过程中医院CSSD存在的系列问题,提出了医院进行质量改进的相关措施。

With the development of technology, many reusable instruments are applied in the clinical practice which should be handled in the central sterile supplement departments （CSSD）. After the Health Ministry issued the standards of CSSD, many hospitals are constructing, expanding or reconstructing CSSD. Jiangsu province issued The Acceptance standard of CSSD in Jiangsu Province in November 2004, set up specialist database composed of nursing department directors, infection management specialists, and head nurses of CSSD who were from the second or third degree hospitals, and carried out acceptance review of the CSSD construction in 13 cities.38 third degree hospitals and 104 second degree hospital were reviewed and it was found that some hospitals had some gaps though they increased input. This article summarized the problems existed in the construction of CSSD and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
