102例原发性脑干出血的治疗

Treatment of primary brainstem hemorrage(a report of 102 cases)

目的分析原发性脑干出血的病因、临床症状、诊断、治疗及预后。方法回顾性分析102例原发性脑干出血患者的临床资料。结果本组总病死率为69.61%。结论高血压动脉硬化为本病主要病因,脑干出血的预后与既往史、意识障碍、出血部位、出血量和并发症有关。

Objective To discuss the cause, manifestation, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of brainstem hemorrhage. Methods The clinical data of 102 patients with primary brainstem hemorrhage were analyzed retrospectively. Result Total mortality rate of this group was 69.61%. Conclusion The hypertensive arteriosclerosis is the main cause of brainstem hemorrhage,which the prognosis is related to the past history, consciousness, the hemorrhage location, the hemorrhage volume and the complication of the patients.
