摘要
中国共产党是引领中国发展的核心力量,它的领导集体与中国的前途和命运休戚相关。党的领导集体的交接,经历了从非制度化到制度化的演变,并逐渐步入良性发展的轨道,这种交接的良性发展主要体现在领导集体的人员流动的制度化、年龄结构的年轻化和文化素质的专业化等方面的显著变化上。在当前政治体制改革的宏观背景下,党的领导集体的良性交接既是维护党组织的秩序稳定和保持活力的有力保证,同时也是完善党的执政方式的现实需要。
As the leading and dominant force in China,CPC is closely associated with the development and destiny of China.The Party's leadership group has changed from non-institutional to institutional and gradually developed in a promising direction.This benign variation is mainly reflected in the institutionalization,younger age structure and specialization in cultural quality of members of the leadership group.Under the circumstances of the undergoing reform of political system,the benign transfer of power of CPC leadership group is a necessity not only for maintaining the stability of order and the vitality of the Party,but also for improving the Party's governing methods.
