As the leading and dominant force in China,CPC is closely associated with the development and destiny of China.The Party＇s leadership group has changed from non-institutional to institutional and gradually developed in a promising direction.This benign variation is mainly reflected in the institutionalization,younger age structure and specialization in cultural quality of members of the leadership group.Under the circumstances of the undergoing reform of political system,the benign transfer of power of CPC leadership group is a necessity not only for maintaining the stability of order and the vitality of the Party,but also for improving the Party＇s governing methods.
