摘要 目的:评价中医正骨手法整复结合微型外固定支架治疗第一掌骨基底部闭合性骨折的临床疗效。方法:第一掌骨基底部闭合性骨折患者40例经手法整复后分为微型外固定支架固定组(观察组)和交叉克氏针固定组(对照组)各20例,观察两组术后骨折愈合时间、并发症及手功能评定情况。结果:X线片显示观察组和对照组骨折愈合时间分别为6.5±3.4周和7.5±2.4周;手指功能按照TAM评定标准,观察组的优良率95%明显高于对照组的70%(P<0.05)。结论:运用中医正骨手法整复结合微型外固定支架治疗第一掌骨基底部闭合性骨折可缩短骨折端愈合时间。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of bone-setting skills of traditional chinese medicine(TCM) combined with micro-external fixator on treatment of basilar part fracture of the first metacarpus. Methods: 40 patients with basilar part closed fracture of the first metacarpus were divided into observation group (n=20) and control group (n=20). The observation group and control group were treated by micro-external fixation device and Kirschner wire based on bone-setting skills, respectly The fracture healing time, complication and functional evaluation were compared after operation between the two groups. Results: X-ray showed that the fracture healing time of the observation group and the control groups were 6.5±3.4 weeks and 7.5±2.4 weeks. According to the evaluation of TAM scales, the excellent and good rate (95%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (70%),P〈0.05. Conclusion:Bone-setting skills of TCM combined with micro-external fixator can shorten the fracture healing time of closed basilar part fractures of the first metacarpus.
