摘要
目的:对贵州不同产地、不同采收期和不同加工方法石吊兰黄酮类成分含量进行对比研究,为石吊兰药材质量标准提升提供参考依据。方法:采用HPLC及紫外分光光度法分别对石吊兰中石吊兰素、总黄酮的含量进行对比研究。结果:不同加工方法、不同产地、不同采收期石吊兰中石吊兰素、总黄酮的含量存在明显的差异。结论:该结果可为石吊兰药材质量标准提升及GAP种植提供依据。
Objective: Study on the Dynamic Change of Guizhou's different origin, different harvest period, different processing methods Lysionotus pauciflorus Maxim.
