几种维药的抗氧化活性

Study on Antioxidative Activity of Several Uighur Traditional Medicine

目的:采用分光光度法测定了5种维药提取液对羟自由基的清除作用。方法:对羟自由基的清除率采用孔雀绿-硫酸亚铁铵/过氧化氢体系,并进行了最佳实验条件选择。结果:表明这几种维药均具有一定的抗氧化能力。

Objective： The scavenging activity of five uighur traditional medicine to oxygen free radical was determined by UV spectrophotometry. Methods：The extent of ~ OH activity was measured by the malachite green- throlene-Fe^2＋ system, and moreover, the optimum experimental condition are selected. Results：The results showed that the several uighur traditional medicine in the study all show different antioxidative activities.
