GC-MS法测定血栓心脉宁片中麝香酮的含量

Determination of Muscone in Xueshuanxinmaining Tablet by GC-MS

目的:建立血栓心脉宁片中麝香酮的质量标准。方法:用GC-MS法测定制剂中麝香酮的含量,色谱柱为HP-5MS石英毛细管;柱温:70～200℃;检测器温度:250℃;进样口温度:220℃;载气流速:高纯氦气40mL·min-1。结果:麝香酮线性范围:25～125μg·mL-1,r=0.9993。平均回收率为97.24%(n=5),RSD=1.9%。结论:该方法为评价和控制血栓心脉宁片剂的质量提供了依据。

Objective： To establish the quality standard for Xueshuanxinmaining Tablets. Methods： The contents of muscone were determined by GC-MS. The analytical column was HP-SMS quartz capillary and the column temperature, detector temperature, inlet temperature were 70- 200 ~C, 250℃ and 220℃ respectively. Using helium gas as gas carrier and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. Results： The linear ranges of muscone was 25～125μg·mL^-1 （ r = 0. 999 3 ）, with average recoveries at 97.24 % （ n = 5 ）, RSD = 1.9 %. Conclusion： The method is applicable for the quality control of Xueshuanxinmaining Tablet.
