Determination of Gastrodin in Tongluo Bitong Pills by HPLC

目的:建立HPLC测定通络痹痛丸中天麻素的含量。方法:色谱柱:DiamonsilC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.3%磷酸溶液(1:99),流速:0.8mL·min-1,检测波长:221nm,柱温:35℃,进样量:10μL。结果:天麻素在5.0～251.6μg·mL-1内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.02%(n=6),RSD=1.4%。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于通络痹痛丸的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination of Gastrodin in Tongluo bitong pills. Methods： The Diamonsil Cls column （4. 6 mm x250 mm, 5μm） was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile- 0. 3 % phosphoric acid （ 1 ： 99 ） . The flow rate was 0. 8 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was at 221 nm and column temperature was 35℃. Results： The linear range of gastrodin was 5.0 - 251.6μg·mL^-1 （ r = 0. 999 9） . The average recovery rate was 99. 02 % and RSD = 1.3 % （n = 6 ） Conclusion： This method is simple, accurate and reproductive.
