摘要
目的:野葛与粉葛总黄酮提取方法的比较。方法:分别采用传统回流提取法、超声提取法、微波辅助提取法对中药野葛和粉葛中总黄酮进行提取;以葛根素为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法测定提取物中总黄酮的含量;以总黄酮的含量为考察指标,优选出适宜的提取方法。结果:3种提取方法中,野葛超声提取法总黄酮含量最高,粉葛微波辅助提取法总黄酮含量最高,但回流提取法和超声提取法提取野葛与粉葛总黄酮时没有显著性差异。结论:提取野葛与粉葛黄酮时应采用不同的提取方法。
Objective: To compare the different methods on extracting total flavones from puerariae lobatae radix and puerariaet homsonii radix. Methods: Total flavones were extracted by the methods of traditional refluxing, ultrasonic wave and microwave aided extraction. Content of total flavones was measured by UV spectrophotometry and puerarin was used as reference substance. Optimal extraction method was obtained by using the content of total flavones as index. Results: Among the three methods, the content of total flavones in the extracts of puerariae lobatae radix obtained by ultrasonic wave extraction was the highest, for puerariae thomsonii radix the microwave aided extraction was the best. The content of total flavones from two traditional Chinese medicine with the traditional refluxing and ultrasonic wave extraction had no significant difference. Conclusion: The extraction of total flavones from puerariae lobatae radix and puerariae thomsonii radix should be carried out by different extraction methods.
