热力烧伤后整形患者的社会支持和生活质量状况调查分析

Quality of life of thermal burn patients receiving plastic surgery and social support they obtain

目的调查分析热力烧伤后整形患者的社会支持和生活质量状况；社会支持状况与生活质量之间的关系。方法应用肖水源“社会支持评定量表”（SSRS）和采用健康相关生活质量量表（SF-36）调查分析72例热力烧伤后整形患者所获得的社会支持及生活质量状况，并与70名健康人对照。结果热力烧伤后整形患者所获得的社会支持总分为（33．25±5．49），显著低于对照组[（36．48±6．26），P〈0．05]。热力烧伤后整形患者在SF-36量表所有8个维度的得分均显著低于健康对照组（均P〈0．01），得分最低的维度是总体健康（33．2±16．7）和情感职能（40．1±24．5），生珲功能总分和心理功能总分也皿著降低（P〈0．001）。结论热力烧伤后整形患者的社会支持状况较低，生活质量明显受损。

Objective To investigate the quality of life （QOL） of the thermal burn patients receiving plastic surgery and social support they obtain. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 72 thermal burn patients receiving plastic surgery and 70 healthy persons used as control E, roup with the Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS） of Xiao Shuiyuan and the MOS 36-item short-form health survey （SF-36） to investigate their quality of life （QOL） and the social support they obtained. Results The scores of social support the patients obtained was （33.25±5.49）, significantly lower than that of the control group [（36.48±6.26）, P〈0.05]. The score of QOL of the patients in all eight fields of the SF-36 were significantly lower than those of the control group （all P〈0.01）. Dimension is the lowest score overall health （33.2 ± 16.7） and emotional function （40.1 ± 24.5）, physical function and mental function score was significantly lower scores （P 〈0.001）. Conclusions The social support that the thermal burn patients receiving plastic surgery is low, and their quality of life is obviously decreased. Active and effective intervention is needed to improve the social support they obtain and their quality of life.
