摘要
分析并总结了国内外技术创新合作伙伴选择的研究概况.针对合作伙伴选择的量化评价中存在"贫信息"、"少样本"、"多目标"与"不确定性"等问题,提出一种熵值法改进的灰局势决策方法.该方法利用信息熵技术对指标客观赋权,进而借助灰局势决策模型实现多维综合评估.实证研究结果表明运用该方法评估选择企业技术创新合作伙伴是有效可行的.
This paper analyzed and summarized general situation of domestic and international research on the choice of cooperative technological innovation partners.To solve the problems of poor information,few samples,multi-objective and uncertainty,which existed in quantitative evaluation of the choice of cooperative technological innovation partners,and presented an improved method of grey situation decision based on entropy.The method utilized information entropy technologies to grant weight to evaluation index objectively,and realized multidimensional comprehensive evaluation by use of grey situation decision model.The result of empirical study indicated that it was feasible and effective to use the method to evaluate and select cooperative technological innovation partners.
