Discussions on Publication Characteristics of Local Publishing House——A Case Study on Guangxi People's Publishing House

通过对广西人民出版社在2007—2009年度出版的图书进行比较分析,得到其地域性选题图书的相关数据,从这些数据中发现了地方出版社在图书出版过程中存在的一些问题,指出地方出版社要利用地域优势,在开发地域资源的同时必须关注市场需求,策划出版独具特色的出版物,以质量和特色取胜。

Through the comparative analysis on the book publication data of Guangxi People＇s Publishing House in 2007-2009,this paper obtains some data related to the books with regional topics,and from these data,finds some problems existing in the book publication of local publishing houses,and points out that the local publishing houses should utilize local advantages,pay attention to the market demands at the same time of developing the regional resources,scheme to publish unique characteristic publications,and win ther competition with the quality and characteristics.
