摘要
以数字化网络化为主体的现代信息环境正在迅速改变着信息服务赖以生存的需求环境和运作环境,在信息服务这个日益开放的环境中,高校图书馆必须在继承原有基本职能的基础上,以改革创新精神改变其传统服务管理方法和服务模式。创新管理模式是全方位的,它包括服务观念创新、技术及服务手段创新、管理模式创新等。
The modern information environment based on the digitalization and networking is rapidly changing the demand environment and operation environment on that the information service exists,in such an environment that the information service is increasingly opening,university library must change its traditional management method and service mode on the basis of inheriting the original basic functions and by using the spirit of reform and innovation.The innovation of management mode is comprehensive,which includes the innovation of service concept,the innovation of technology and service method,and the innovation of management mode,etc.
