摘要
阐述了图书馆狼性管理的重要性与必然性,分析了当前图书馆的困惑和管理中遇到的难题根源,提出了基于高校图书馆狼性管理的模式方略。
This paper expounds the importance and inevitability of implementing the wolf management in the library,analyzes some current confusions of the library and the roots of the difficulties in library＇s management,and puts forward the modes and strategies based on the wolf management of university library.
