摘要
采用结晶析出法测定了单质硫在甲苯、环己烷和正辛烷溶剂中的溶解度。单质硫在3种溶剂中溶解度均随温度升高而增大,以在甲苯溶剂中效应最明显。分别用理想溶解度模型、Apelblat模型及经验式模型对实验数据进行关联,结果令人满意。比较而言,Apelblat方程关联的效果最好,平均相对误差小于5%,最大相对误差均小于10%。实验得到的溶解度数据和关联结果对单质硫的分离、提纯具有理论指导意义。
By using the crystallization method,this paper measures the solubility of elemental sulfur in toluene,cyclohexane and 1-octane respectively.It was found that all the solubility in these three solvents increase with the increase of the temperature,and the effect in toluene solvent is the best The empirical data were well correlated respectively by using the ideal solution model,the Apelblat model and the empirical model,and comparatively speaking,the correlation effect of Apelblat equation is the best with the average relative errors within 5% and the greatest relative errors within 10%.The solubility data and correlation results obtained in the test would be useful for the separation and purification of elemental sulfur.
