Through the concrete analysis on the status quo of Taiyuan Xiyu Coal Mine,this paper probes into some problems faced by Taiyuan Xiyu Coal Mine in its sustainable development,and puts forward some corresponding solutions that not only solve the sustainable development of Taiyuan Xiyu Coal Mine but also provide some ideas for realizing the sustainable development of prison enterprises.
