摘要
在介绍建设工程合同概念的基础上,分析了工程合同管理中存在的问题,提出了解决问题的相应对策。
Based on introducing the concept of construction project contract,this paper analyzes some problems existing in the management of construction project contract,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures for solving these problems.
