摘要
【目的】探讨不同碳源、氮源对羊肚菌菌丝生长的作用。【方法】以羊肚菌M-4菌株为供试材料,以该菌株在不同培养基上的菌落长势、直径,菌丝生长速率、生长指数为指标,考察15种碳源、27种氮源对羊肚菌菌丝生长的影响。【结果】羊肚菌具有较广的碳源及氮源谱,其对15种碳源和27种氮源均能利用,碳源为可溶性淀粉、氮源为尿素时,菌丝长势较好,菌丝生长速率和菌丝生长指数分别为10.84,10.26 mm/d和54.20,51.30;羊肚菌对复合氮源、氨基酸、铵盐利用较差;在含不同碳源、氮源的培养基上,羊肚菌菌丝生长曲线差异较大。【结论】羊肚菌生长的最佳碳源、氮源分别为可溶性淀粉和尿素。
【Objective】 The research was to study the effect of different carbon sources and nitrogen sources on mycelial growth of Morchella esculenta.【Method】 With M.esculenta M-4 as the tested materials,the colony growth vigor,diameter of colony,myceloun growth rate,myceliun growth index were used as the index,to research the effect of fifteen kinds of carbon sources and twenty-seven kinds of nitrogen sources on the growth of M.esculenta mycelium.【Result】 M.esculenta has a broader spectrum of carbon sources and nitrogen sources.It can use the fifteen kinds of carbon sources and twenty-seven kinds of nitrogen sources.When the carbon source is soluble starch,the nitrogen source is urea,the mycelium growth vigour is good,the myceloun growth rate and the myceliun growth index are respectively 10.84,10.26 mm/d and 54.20,51.30.M.esculenta is poor in complex nitrogen sources,amino acid and ammonium.There are a lot of differences in the growth curve of M.esculenta mycelium in different culture mediums of carbon sources and nitrogen sources.【Conclusion】 Soluble starch is identified to be the best carbon source and urea is the best nitrogen source for the growth of M.esculenta.
