摘要
【目的】研究直立式和斜拉式2种仿形机构,为3FDD-1800棉花打顶机单体仿形机构的选择提供参考。【方法】运用COSMOSMotion进行运动仿真,求解出2种仿形机构在相同状态下的运动轨迹、受力、位移,对其运动仿真结果进行对比分析。【结果】直立式仿形机构使打顶延迟,受力较大,且不够灵活,工作部件的提升量远大于实际坡度;斜拉式仿形机构受力较小,运动更为灵活,仿形量比接近1∶1,较好地满足了仿形要求,且没有明显的仿形滞后现象。【结论】斜拉式仿形机构比较理想,选择斜拉式仿形机构作为3FDD-1800棉花打顶机的最终仿形机构。
【Objective】 The research studied the two kinds of top-cutting machines to provide reference for final determination of the profiling mechanism of topping monomer 3FDD-1800 cotton machine.【Method】 We applied the cosmosmotion to motion simulation,observed motion trail,forced and displacement of the two profiling mechanisms in the same condition,and compared and analyzed motion simulation of the two different modeling schemes.【Result】 The erect profiling mechanism causes cotton topping detention,force large and inflexible,the working part height of lifting bigger than the actual slope;slanting pulls small stress,more flexible,the working part height of lifting and actual slope close to be 1∶1.【Conclusion】 Pulls profiling is quite ideal,can be chosen as the final profiling mechanism for the 3FDD-1800 cotton machine.
