It describes the necess collaboration adopted by regiona management framework and data ty and specific design plan of information method management and networking physical examination, comprising of three aspects, namely network component direction, design and application of each basic database, and information storage, process and network security. Finally continuous health record will be established for clients, which can cement foundation for tracing and analyzing the health situation of clients.
