摘要
目的:减少患者就诊等候时间,改善门诊就诊环境,提高服务质量;方法:分析分诊业务流程,研发并实施门诊分诊系统,实践探索最合适的分诊模式;结果:根据不同诊区的实际情况和工作模式,优化分诊服务流程,改善就诊环境,减轻分诊护士工作;结论:针对不同诊区采用合适的分诊模式,实现门诊诊区有序管理,缩短病人就诊时间,提高了医院形象。
Objective: To ensure that patients are treated in the order of their clinical urgency and that their treatment is appropriately timely, to improve the environment of outpatient department and upgrade the service level. Method: Analyzing the workflow of triage, developing the triage software and researching the suitable triage mode. Result: The triage workflow of every department is improved according to its actual situation. Conclusion: It is suitable to deploy appropriate triage mode in different departments. Felicitous triage mode can improve the working efficiency and quality, shorten the patients' waiting time and increase hospital image.
