摘要
应用变分学原理导出了具有最佳润滑效果的活塞环断面轮廓形状——阶梯型断面。以16 V240 型柴油机中的活塞环为例,对阶梯型活塞环和桶面活塞环的润滑效果进行了计算和比较。结果表明,只要台阶高度选择得合适,可使阶梯型活塞环的承载能力在整个磨损寿命阶段内都大于桶面活塞环的承载能力。
Based on the theory of variational calculus,the stepped shape of piston ring cross section which has the best lubricating effect was obtained in the paper.As an example,the lubricating effects of stepped cross section piston rings and circular cross section piston rings were calculated and compared with the piston ring of 16V240 type diesel engine.It is indicated that if the shoulder height of the stepped cross section piston ring is properly selected,its bearing capacity may be greater than that of the circular cross section piston ring during all service life.
