摘要
在考虑连铸坯壳应力遗传特性的基础上,建立了结晶器内坯壳的二维应力分析模型,利用ANSYS的初应力方法实现了坯壳应力遗传行为。分析结果表明:与传统应力模型的分析结果相比,遗传分析模型计算的坯壳位移和应力分布规律基本相同。应力遗传方法得到的应力值明显较高,在铸坯中部和角部,坯壳等效应力最大值分别高出12%和70%。
Based on stress inheriting characteristics of shell in continuous casting,the two-dimensional stress analysis model was established.The stress inheriting behavior was achieved by initial stress method in ANSYS.The analysis results show that the displacement and stress distribution on the shell calculated by inherited stress analysis model is basically the same as the results by traditional method.The stress values obtained by the inheriting method are obviously larger.The maximums of equivalent stress are 12% and 70% larger in the middle and corner area respectively.
